A Servant Leadership

V Suarez is a proud Army veteran who has served both in the United States and abroad. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Law. He graduated from the Veterans Program for Politics and Civic Engagement at Syracuse University and completed the Campaign Leadership College through the Leadership Institute.

He had the honor of attending the inaugural Rudimentary Crime Analysis course offered by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services, where most of his classmates were Chiefs of Police and a few detectives. The instructor emphasized a significant issue: many individuals in Virginia are incarcerated due to inadequate criminal complaint processes, mishandling of evidence, and the unfortunate reality that only affluent counties or cities have access to Crime Analysts.

His extensive experience began with his first role in Virginia's troubled prison system at the State Penitentiary in downtown Richmond. He first applied a faith-based initiative that he learned from the inaugural Re-Entry Academy at the Henrico County Sheriff's Office for both male and female inmates. He has worked with the United States Marshal Service in Virginia and North Carolina in a contractual capacity. His involvement with the Federal Bureau of Prison Re-Entry Program, specifically through the Life Connection Program as part of a faith-based initiative, has further deepened his understanding of these issues. He also ran a private security company for three decades and served as a compliance agent and investigator under the Department of Criminal Justice Services/private security.

He has actively involved on the boards of various organizations across religious, civic, cultural, business, and political sectors. His involvement includes the FBI Richmond Citizen Alumni Academy Association, the S.A.L.T./Triad Council, The Conservative Caucus, and The Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he is a founding board member of The Asian American Society of Central Virginia, The Knights of Columbus at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, the Virginia Chapter of The International Police & Fire Chaplains Association, the founding member of the Association of Related Ministries International (Andrew Wommack's Ministers Network), member of the Faith Landmarks Ministerial Fellowship. He has also been a Goodwill Ambassador with the U.S. Army Sustainment University, IMSO, since 1997, the Hook-A-Kid-On-Golf program, and the Boy Scout of America. His commitment to these initiatives demonstrates his dedication to community and public service.

He remains committed to advocating to serve, uphold, defend, and protect cherished freedoms, ensuring that these fundamental rights are preserved for future generations.
